I can help you. It doesn’t matter whether it’s stopping smoking, beating a fear of public speaking, passing your driving test, overcoming a phobia or just wanting to lose weight – I can help. I practice in both Bampton and Witney in Oxfordshire, just 18 miles from Oxford’s historic city centre, and just a hop and a skip from the beautiful Cotswolds.
I work with all sorts of people – from any background, any job, anywhere across Oxfordshire, Gloucestershire and Wiltshire. The only thing they have in common is a desire to change their lives for the better.
I help adults beat almost every problem you can imagine. I work with people to take away employment stress, give them better relationships, beat addictions, lose weight, stop smoking and end phobias.
Helping children is one of the major parts of my practice. I help them overcome fears, get rid of phobias, deal with parents’ divorces, bereavements and even bullying at school.
I work a lot with couples helping resolve relationship difficulties, sexual problems, stress, issues from the past that have been affecting the present, helping them communicate better – and, if it’s the last resort, finding ways to have an amicable divorce.
Business today is unbelievably stressful and you need to be the best you can. That’s why I help business people overcome problems like a fear of presenting and speaking in public, dealing with difficult situations, talking to clients and customers and even redundancy.
Working with groups of people to beat a common problem can be really powerful. I help people leave behind fears, find confidence and realise their full potential.
