Childhood is such an important part of our lives, where beliefs and behaviours are laid down that we then carry into our adult lives.

But our early years can be a confusing time as we try to make sense of our world. Children don’t always have the resources to understand their emotions and cope with obstacles without guidance.

I feel truly honoured to be helping children, giving them ways to handle difficult times and bringing out the best in themselves. What a fantastic gift to their adult selves to have this at the core of who they become.

I’ll take the time to understand your child’s mind and join them in their world to see what needs to change.
With stories, hypnosis or play we’ll change old unhelpful patterns and lay down new pathways that will lead to happier times.

Often just a couple of sessions is enough to drastically change things for the better.
I’m also one of a handful of therapists in this Country trained in a specific technique to quickly resolve post traumatic stress and phobias.

And therapy doesn’t have to be hard and serious. It can be fun too for the child and the parents.

What people say

I heartily recommend Pippa. Her intervention has positively transformed my daughter’s life and mine. After 4yrs of unsuccessful intervention by other therapists and being on the verge of a nervous breakdown I made contact with Pippa and was amazed by her success – Thank you from both of us.

Is this right for your child?

You may know your child has a problem but it feels impossible to work out what the matter is or how to solve it. That can be a very disempowering, helpless feeling for a parent, seeing their child in distress and not feeling able to make it right.

Children don’t always understand or know how to explain what they’re feeling, especially to the people closest to them.

It’s my job to quickly build trust and get alongside them.

I’ve worked with children from the age of four into late teenage years.

The sorts of problems that have needed help are bed wetting, worrying, being bullied, anxiety, post traumatic stress, shyness, phobias, anger, running away and habits.
